In my spare time, I really enjoy the process of making food and being able to feed others — I wholeheartedly believe that the best way to get to know someone is over a good meal. In school, I baked bread every week and was often found “procrastibaking” (I had five people send me that article after I graduated) before a big deadline. I even worked for a year in a professional bakery! I really enjoy being able to try and make new dishes and flavors, and am always looking for a new recipe.
